POLICY FOR WITHDRAWALS AND DROPS

Vincennes Campus Students

Vincennes Campus students wishing to withdraw from a single course in a given semester should contact their assigned academic advisor to initiate the necessary paperwork: Student-Initiated Withdrawal from Class

Vincennes Campus students wishing to withdraw from all classes in a given semester will find more information on the steps necessary to initiate such a request here:  COMPLETE-WITHDRAWAL

Jasper Campus Students

Jasper Campus students who wish to withdraw from a single course in a given semester need to initiate said withdrawal by contacting their assigned academic advisor.

If a 澳门足球博彩官方网址JC student is wishing to withdraw from all their current classes in a given semester, they are to initiate a complete withdrawal via their advisor.  If the student is unable to contact their advisor, they will need to contact the 澳门足球博彩官方网址JC Administrative Office at the following:

Distance Education (Online) Students

Students taking Distance Education (online) classes who wish to withdraw from one or all classes in a given semester will need to initiate a withdrawal request form with the Distance Education office.

The Distance Education withdrawal request form and withdrawal tuition adjustment schedule for online courses can be found on the Distance Learning website.

Aviation Technology Center Students

Aviation Technology Center students who wish to withdraw from a single course in a given semester need to initiate said withdrawal by contacting their assigned academic advisor.

If an ATC student is wishing to withdraw from all their current classes in a given semester, they need to contact the following individual based on their area of study:

ASL Campus Students

American Sign Language and Deaf Studies majors need to initiate course withdrawals by contacting their assigned academic advisor or by contacting the ASL Campus main office:
